Buying beef in bulk is an economical way to purchase large quantities of meat. The cost of the beef is $6/lb. hanging weight. This means that every cut of meat including roast, steak and ground beef is at this rate. Depending on the weight of your cow, buy a half cow will average $1500 to $1750.

How it works:

• Pay a $300.00 deposit to reserve your cow.
• We raise the cow for you and will contact you when it is time for slaughter. You will have some choices to make about how you want it processed.
• Time various. Feel free to call us to see when your beef will be available.
• You will pay the balance based on the weight of the animal at time you receive your beef.
